Promotional gifts (e.g., free gift with purchase): If you return the item that qualified you for the gift, we require that the promotional gift be returned as well. If the promotional gift is not returned, its value will be deducted from your refund.
All domestic returns and exchanges by contacting info@samet.nyc within 7 days of receiving your order. We will reply with a prepaid shipping label. A $10 processing fee with be deducted from your total refund amount. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery, or they will not be accepted. All garments must be unwashed/unworn.
Samet LLC is not responsible for lost or undelivered orders and returns. If you do not purchase the added insurance, Route, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages and highly recommend using this service.
