Please allow 1-7 business days for your order to ship.


Domestic orders ship UPS Ground. Domestic orders ship for a $12 flat rate.


International orders ship DHL International at a $45 flat rate. Customers are responsible for all duties and customs fees associated with international orders.

Canadian orders ship USPS at a $30 flat rate. 


All Domestic orders over $750 will require a signature upon delivery.


SAMET LLC. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and highly recommend adding Route insurance to your order before checkout. If you do not purchase the added insurance, we cannot help with lost or stolen packages and only guide you towards initiating a claim with UPS.
